What happens here
- You choose : one or two movers at most receive your request. Where the label has a partner in your area, it goes to that partner only.
- Verified in the official register : identity checked in the country's official register (France: SIRENE and the state-issued licence; Belgium: BCE; Portugal: IMT; elsewhere in Europe, the national business register), not on self-declaration.
- Insured : a valid professional liability insurance certificate, required before anything is passed on.

What a fair quote needs
A mover cannot price “a two-bedroom flat to Lyon”. Have ready:
- your home and its floor area, or your own volume estimate;
- the access at both ends: floor, lift, parking, carrying distance;
- the date you want, or a period; the destination;
- anything out of the ordinary: piano, safe, heavy appliances, cellar or attic, and what you pack yourself.
The form estimates your volume and the van you need as you type. The mover confirms with a binding quote, after a visit or photos.

In France, the mover hands over a written quote before the job and a consignment note on moving day; in Portugal and Belgium the rules are those of each country. The label verifies the company in each country; the contract remains the one you sign with it.

Yes. Asking for a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The movers pay the label to be verified, not you.
How many movers will call me?
None without your consent. Your request is anonymous; you choose one or two movers at most, and only they receive your contact details. If you choose nobody, our team calls you back and does not pass your details to any mover.
Are my contact details resold?
Never. Neither resold nor used for anything other than your request. It is written under the form, and it is the heart of what sets us apart from sites that sell each request to several movers.
What is a verified mover?
A company whose identity is checked in its country's official register (SIRENE in France, BCE in Belgium, IMT in Portugal), which holds the right to operate as a mover, and whose professional liability insurance certificate is up to date. Without that certificate, no request is passed to it.
How many quotes should I ask for?
Two are often enough, three at most, like for like: same volume, same date, same service (packing or not, dismantling or not). Beyond that, you spend your time on the phone without deciding any better.
Why does the mover ask for a visit or photos?
To price accurately: the real volume, the access (floor, lift, parking) and heavy items make the price. A precise request from the start saves them a visit, and saves you a bad surprise on the day.
What if none of the label's movers covers my town?
We still take your request: our team looks for a serious mover in your area, verifies it and suggests it to you. You alone decide who may contact you.
